My wife and I have lived in the Ozark Mountains southern Missouri near Isabella since the early 90s. We have a beautiful 65 acre, part pastures part Woodland with Barren fork Creek running through a quarter mile of it. It has a private swimming hole, geologically surveyed cave, main house with the cabin and 30 year old organic gardens. Has a Haybarn and a 30 x 60 shop and other outbuildings. We would like to retire where we got married. We are looking in the Fort Bragg area And we are excited to hear about your place that you would like to trade for ours.
Our property borders Mark Twain national Forest. Our property has no liens or mortgages.

Our taxes in Ozark county or right around $300 a year
local gas station gas is $2.78 right now
There are zero building codes here
Ozark county does not have a single traffic light
From my house to Mountainhome Arkansas where Civilization is it’s about a 50 minute
drive. Branson Mo, is 55 min.
Local towns Gainesville, Theodosia. has everything you need hardware stores building supplies.
