For recreational bike riding, there is a great trail nearby. The sand dunes are directly across the highway and there are multiple beaches within a short drive. Nature lovers will be particularly at home here. There are herons, deer, black bear, fox, turkeys, raccoons, coyotes and so many mushrooms in the rainy season.
The ideal sublet would be three to four months (March 1 to July 1). But there's some flexibility for the right medium-term renters. This is a good opportunity for people looking to move to the coast to give the area a try while house-hunting, a remote worker wanting to escape the city, or a visiting nurse or student.
