Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk and Marketing Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is pivotal to ensuring our clients receive a warm welcome and impeccable service while also driving our marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain our loyal customer base.

Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage appointment bookings and ensure efficient scheduling.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain a tidy and organized spa environment.
Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system.
Coordinate with therapists and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Handle retail clientele and sales

Marketing Management:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and special offers.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Coordinate with graphic designers and other vendors to produce promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Plan and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities.

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and website management is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Starting pay while training at $18 per hour, immediate increase upon advancement in responsibilities
Commission and tips on top of hourly pay
