Current Willits landlord is a career alcoholic, who leaves stove on with no flame or who uses loud cursing daily or who follows FakeNews religiously?! So.. I am seeking a large-space rental (room-in-house, cottage, garage-addition, etc), something $700ish or less range.. also, smoke-free & quiet at night pls. I'm also open to work/trade arrangements. I can assist with many tasks, such as: indoor work, outdoor work, furniture restoration, minor house/prop repairs or renovations, painting, pruning, Book-writing/publishing (I have a Book ©), pet care, Caregiver exp. (no bathing or lifting), automotive care & minor repair, rug shampoo, computer, photo & video editing, Bible study, etc! I am quiet, considerate and clean, as a Lifestyle. I am really done with moving, as I have lived in rentals for 42yrs now. I am signed up with Willits Sr housing, since 2019. My last res was Ukiah for 3 yrs..the Christian owner died and everyone had to move. My FamilyTree has been in Willits, since 1920s! I was born here & graduated from WHS in 1971, but lived in Honolulu for 33yrs. I've been back in Willits area, since 2019. I'm a low-maint person, very easy-going & financially stable.
