Im currently looking for a 1 bedroom house, Tiny-home or Yurt to move in. I'll be taking online classes this summer and working part-time. Im moving back from the Humboldt area and have enough savings for 6 months of rent.. I'm currently in-between jobs and Im in the need of a space by Mid- February. .
I have great references from previous landlords. .and I have 1 small dog who is well-trained.
I'm really praying to find something soon.. my price range is $850-1100. I can do a month-to-month or a 6month to year lease.
