I am renting 2 bedrooms on a month-to-month basis; traveling employees are
welcomed! Cable, Rockstad, subcontractors, Forestry, Atlas Tree Care, fire department,
hospital or medical employees who will be needing housing in this area give us a call.
If you want temporary housing, give me a call. If you want to stay for a year or 6 months on a month-to-month
contract give us a call.
2 - furnished bedrooms will be available NOW; at my beautiful nonsmoking 3-bdrm home in Willit's CA.
I am an easy-going male renting 2 rooms; rooms are rented to 1 person with no pets, move in ready.
$800.00 per room ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, $500.00 deposit refundable
with no damages and place is left clean.
This will be a working household, with different schedules and hobbies. You will find there will be many times
you will be the only one here. We come, we go, no curfews, relax and enjoy your space.
Looking for responsible people, NOT a party house, NO DRUGS allowed a place you feel at home.
Rooms are fully furnished, freshly painted with new flooring.
Closets in both rooms are large; they also have 1 long top shelf for storage.
Each side of closets has extra room to stack storage bins if needed. Tons of room to hang clothes and a ton of hangers for your clothes.
Rooms have a TV and a DVD player; you are welcomed to watch any of over 500 DVDs from my collection. Electronics in the living room are not available to you unless you are invited for movie night. We do
need some boundaries.
Each room has a bed, large dresser sets, nightstands, table lamps, ceiling fans w/light, 1 room has a floor lamp.
Your window has shades, blackout curtain panels and the view are of back yard surrounded by trees.
You have access to a huge open kitchen, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to bake and cook with minus your food, beverages and your preferences in spices. Open up drawers and cabinets to get to know where everything is.
You will also have your own area to store your non refrigerated food, refrigerator is shared. Clean your mess, no one should wash your dishes or clean up after you cook.
There is a separate laundry area to do laundry, with a basin. Our large kitchen
has extra comfy barstools, with plenty of counter space to socialize and have meals.
Counter space is great for laptop use, work projects or studying.
We also provided outdoor furniture, multiple grills to accommodate both tenants.
We have lovely front and back decks for morning coffees. Both spaces are to be
shared and enjoyed during the day or evening great for group settings or alone time.
You would share a bathroom with one other person whenever the other room is rented.
When its not rented it's all yours. Bathroom has both shower and a tub with glass doors.
There will disposal hand towels for your convenience let me know when it runs low and I will fill it up.
I included a picture of front of house one of the rare times we had snow.
Please mindful of the drought and other utilities.
Your deposit will be $500.00, with a month-to-month contract.
You must be fully employed please bring proof of employment, your last paycheck stubs with photo ID
during our interview. We need references you will be given a list, so you know what to send or bring.
By doing so it gets you one step closer to being approved. If you want to speed things up you can email those items in advance so everything can be verified prior, and we can get you dialed in when we do the interview for the room.
The house is awesome surrounded by trees with a nice big front deck. Daily visits from
deer families and front deck is great place to sit with your morning coffee!
I think you will love how peaceful it is and have plenty of parking.
There is NO prorating if you want to move out before your month ends, you are paying approx. $27 a day. 1 week in a motel/hotel is about what you pay here for an entire month. No exceptions on prorating.
