I'm looking for a workshop space to rent. I've been running a manual machine shop with light duty welding for the last 30 years. I primarily make handmade bicycle frames and parts. I'm currently looking for a new shop space as my current rental has been put on the market and I'll need to move out. It's a one person shop for the most part, I would have a low impact and don't make a ton of noise.
Looking for----
Anywhere on the coast side of the hills between Fort Bragg and Albion would be the best.
Approximately 1000 sq/ft ( could be smaller or bigger )
Flexible on location and price
Minimal to zero foot traffic needed.
Could be commercial or any out building / garage / old grow barn /room etc.. Residential location is fine.
Requirements--
Concrete floor ( smoothish )
48" or wider door
100 AMPS of power
basic water ( hose )
