Office Manager for vineyard management. 20 hours/week (could develop into full time), Monday–Friday, 9am-2pm. Position is an in-person. Ideal candidate resides in Lake County or Ukiah. This position interacts closely with all levels of personnel in the organization and is expected to build relationships based on respect and trust.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support to vineyard managers
• Communicate with vineyard managers and crew members
• Assist with preparation of timecards and other needed data input
• Answer phones and emails
• Maintain calendar of tasks and deadlines
• Coordinates workman’s compensation incidents, working closely with doctors and insurance claims
• Coordinate and facilitate projects with Human Resources Director in Sonoma County
• Coordinates employee housing issues/needs
Must:
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize
• Pay attention to detail with accurate data entry
• Be punctual and reliable
