The above link is a video of the drumset
This a 10-piece Pearl Reference Drumset. The color is purple craze. This set is in excellent condition with some signs of wear. There are minor surface scratches on the bass drums due to tourng over the years when I was in my heavy metal band but the surface scratches don't stick out and there is minor rust on the 12" and 13" tom mounts but as you can see in the pictures and video aren't noticeable.. The drums themselves sound amazing and being almost 20 years old hold up extremely well. The Pearl drum rack and drum cases are included with the sale.
There is no drum throne, hi hat stand (although there is an exterior hi hat mounted on the rack) or bass drum pedals included with this purchase. What you see in the video and pictures is what you are buying.
The sizes are two 22"by 20" bass drums
8"by7", 10"by 8", 12"by 9", and 13"by 10" rack toms.
14"by12", 16"by14" and 18"by 16" floor toms.
14"by 5.5" snare drum
This set and its sizes are discontinued for this model. There is a Pearl Reference One model but the lugs are different for it and I think the woods have a different blend too.
This drum set has three woods that are integrated into them: birch, maple and affrican mahogany to get ultimate tone and range.
I have been very pleased with this set over the years and I took pride in using them during shows, recordings, band rehearsals, etc.
Why am I selling this amazing drumset? I am no longer interested in playing heavy metal anymore or any loud music which requires me to play over screaming guitars and I have developed an affinity toward Jazz playing and Afro-Cuban music which doesn't require these huge drum sizes for these styles. I don't want these drums to be stuck in my closet when someone could also have this dream set and utilize it for what it is for.
I would be happy to answer any questions about them if you would like to know.
