Looking for a part-time caretaker for an off-grid property in beautiful Mendocino County. Need help with getting firewood, taking care of some electrical and plumbing issues, general grounds keeping, and minor errands. Work in exchange for free rent, living on the property in your own trailer or RV. Possibly a trailer can be provided. Please send any experiences you have of this type of living. This is part-time work so you can make a living doing other jobs in the county if you wish. No drugs but pot ok in your private living space.
