We would need a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house or apartment that is dog friendly. My husband and I have a 55lb anxious around new people, but friendly dog. And my cousin has a 12lb senior dog. We can easily afford $1600/month, not including utilities. My cousin works from home, my husband works in local pharmacy, and I hold a seasonal position in Mendocino (returning to work in May).
