I am a web developer, produce videos and help authors self-publish books. I am also an artist (painter & sculptor).

I am currently based in Santa Barbara and planning to move back the Mendocino, Albion or Fort Bragg areas.

A two car garage/shop-sized or larger space would be perfect (400 to 1000 square foot), with electricity, water and access to a bathroom and shower.

I am willing and capable of renovating a place if need be.

My brother is a contractor on the Mendocino coast and offered to help me with renovations—electrical, construction, plumbing, etc.

I am also an In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) provider.

I am up for assisting the landlord in one way or the other.
