FREE topsoil. Dug out for french drain and this was originally creek bottom soil so it is most excellent. Very very few rocks even. Consistency, but not taste, of chocolate cake. Back up truck onto sidewalk to load. Hand loadable. Bring your own shovels, not worth wheel barrowing cuz so close to truck. Please call me before you come to pick up as I am being careful of my few plants there and esp, one can't drive on the front walkway.
