A Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or dining establishment by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and present menus
* Take accurate food and beverage orders
* Deliver meals and drinks promptly
* Answer questions about menu items and specials
* Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
* Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
* Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and tables
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
