The right candidate will be comfortable -
Assisting with guest services, answering the phone, greeting new arrivals, interacting with guests and advising them on Ranch and local activities to help plan their stay
Using a cloud-based PMS to manage reservations, keeping accurate record of guest services and retail purchases, collecting payments and processing refunds
Serving morning, afternoon and evening meal services to guests, helping the kitchen as needed in preparing and packing orders for pick-up or delivery
Offering bar services, including preparing cocktails and discussing wine and beer offerings with guests
Staying current on our company’s policies and procedures, as well as seasonal promotions and local activities
Providing exceptional guest services and going above and beyond to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay
Being respectful to fellow team members and supervisors
Multitasking in a fast-paced service environment, adapting to changes as needed, and remaining calm and effective under stress
Being reliable and punctual in arriving for your scheduled shifts
